How to select / display null / blank dates (write)

At some point you may need to check if a date field is blank. A simple way of doing this is creating a formula to return a true/false value if the field is null/blank.


If date
({date_field}) = cdate(0,0,0)
or
Totext({date_field}) = “” Then True Else False

Count should be used whenever you want to know the number of records that have the same information.

Distinct Count should be used whenever you want to know the number of records where the records are unique or different.
