Not all reports are visible from Crystal Reports that are stored within Crystal/Business Objects Enterprise

    Crystal Reports Tip:
    04 May 2011

The reports are not visible because only the first 100 reports in a CE folder are visible. When listed alphabetically by report name, if the report you are looking for is not within the first 100 reports, it will not be visible through CR. To work around this issue, right-click the Enterprise folder that contains the reports and click 'Next Batch' on the submenu.

The next 100 reports in the folder are now displayed.
